Cuban Intelligence and Counterintelligence Operations: An Overview

Our training courses are tailored to the individual needs of our clients.  We partner one of America’s foremost authorities on Cuban intelligence with several former Cuban intelligence officers for training programs lasting from two hours to two days.  Depending upon your needs, we can provide:

a strategic examination of the historical role, mission, and manning of Cuba’s five intelligence services or,

the formation, development/evolution and current state of the intelligence organizations of the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of the Armed Forces, and the Cuban Communist Party, and/or

for more technical audiences, the qualifications, selection and training of Cuban intelligence officers and their agents, tradecraft and their Modus Operandi.  Considerable emphasis is devoted to Cuba’s targeting efforts from the broad strategic goals to functionally specific (e.g., Science & Technology), and/or

the evolution of Cuban Intelligence from the late 1950s through present day. The impact of defining moments such as the Bay of Pigs invasion, the Counter-Revolution, the self-inflicted crippling Cuban Intelligence, the end of Soviet subsidies, and the “decade of failure,” and/or

Cuba’s unique status as an intelligence trafficker and its dangerous relationships with China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, and others. Additionally, case studies are performed on historical Cuban support to Nicaragua’s Sandinistas, Noriega’s Panama, Bouterse’s Suriname, and its infamous dealings with North Vietnam.
